On tap at the brewpub. Hazy yellow color, with a medium, frothy, white head. The nose is lemon peel, banana, dough, and soda water. Sweet and citrusy, very light bitterness, and a light, tart zing. Medium body, very creamy and smooth. This is a very nice example of an American hefeweizen. Good, bright, citrusy aroma, and not overhopped. Smooth, and easy.
