Sample on tap at the brewpub. Black color, with a medium, beige head. The nose is coffee, vanilla, some molasses, and lots of booze. Sweet, roasty, with a light bitterness. Heavy body, syrupy, chalky, and a little weak. This is a fun, whiskey-forward stout.
