On tap in a flight at the Brewpub. Gold color, with a medium, beige head and perfect lacing. Caramel and butterscotch aromas up front, with some cereals and light grains and minerals. Sweet and mildly bitter flavor. Medium body, creamy feel, grainy, with a clean finish. Overall, this is a delicious, very drinkable, and smooth bitter. Not very complex or strong, but all the better for it.
