On tap at the Rocket City Brewfest. Pours a hazy, pale straw color with a small off-white head. The aroma is citrus, bananas, and wheat. The flavor is sweet and tart, with a bitter finish. The palate is light, sticky, and fairly carbonated. Overall, a nice, flavorful beer. Subtle and complex.
