It is a beer that explodes with the hemp flavor (numbness of pepper), the aroma of pepper, and the citrus flavor. This time, we focused on the biotransformation of the scent of roses called Geraniol. Biotransformation refers to the phenomenon in which the aroma components of hops are converted into and synthesized into other compounds by the metabolism of yeast. The peppercorns used are Geraniol-rich ingredients. And the use of Norwegian yeast to promote biotransformation with Geraniol yeast. In addition, we adjusted it with white koji with citric acid to enhance the aroma. The aroma is, after all, the spicy and refreshing scent of pepper. There is a citrus fragrance reminiscent of lemon to support it. It can also be seen that Geraniol has been transformed and felt by biotransformation. There is a possibility that you can feel just the hop aroma from the original, but it was a preparation that gained valuable knowledge. The aftertaste has a slight taste of hemp, and the crispness is also excellent. If you drink it, you will see what goes well with Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine. It is a must-drink beer.

Hazy gold with small white head. Lovely aroma of orangey citrus with intriguing floral notes. Medium body with nice bright fine carbonation. Taste has a lovely peppery spice with good fruitiness and some notes of caramel malt. Very unusual and very enjoyable.
