0.33 l bottle from Spicy Days, Zagreb. Shared with little Dina and Capro. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Nice balance of spicy phenols, ripe fruit esters, peat and oak. Also some grain in the background. Medium body, slightly aggressive peat in the flavour, butter appears and lots of it. Smooth, sweet at first, light finish.

@home poured into a tulip glass. Slightly hazy deep golden colour, good frothy off-white head, good retention, thick layer remains till the end, good lacing. Aroma sweet malt, citrus, pine apple, yeast, coriander, candy sugar. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, orange, light banana, bit yeasty, spicy notes. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, bready, spicy hops, some booze, a little bit atypical tripel and having some rough edges but overall rather good.

A slightly more bittered version of a tripel. Not in a great way. But not too bad either. Just a bit harsh. Otherwise the phenols and body sweetness complement each other well. Cafe gollem ams

Bottle online from Beerhouseshop.be. Pours a hazy golden/amber colour with a large foamy white head. Aromas of grains, hay, apricots, apples, citrus and coriander. Taste has the same notes again with lots of citrus notes and a pithy bitterness. Medium body, oily palate and a very bitter citrus, hoppy and grassy finish. Nice enough drink, lots of flavour but the bitterness is a little too harsh for me personally.

Redelijk goed in de koriander, hintje appelmoes, maar verder gewoon prima doordrinkbaar tripeltje.
