INDIA PALE ALE
Pale orange, with grapefruit, pine, and tropical fruit aromas
India Pale Ales were originally brewed to withstand long ocean voyages by increasing the quantity of hops and malt used in their Pale Ale predecessors. Our take on IPA pours pale orange with a balanced malt presence and finishes with a combination of grapefruit, pine, and tropical fruit notes from Pacific Northwest grown hops.

Bottle at Eddie George's CMH. Lightly hazed medium amber with a small short lived off white head. Nose is light honey with a big citrus and tropical fruit presence; pineapple and grapefruit at the fore with light floral and pine notes. Light sweet with a medium bitterness. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a long bitter finish. 8/3+/8-/4-/15

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 11/3/2016. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, honey, bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, honey, bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/grassy/citrus peel bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon/orange rind, pine, honey, bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.3%. Overall this is a fantastic IPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the balanced bitterness. Very bright and pretty juicy/dank on hop flavors. A highly enjoyable offering.

Shit having so many oxidised disappointing American hoppy beers this is fresh as funk. Big outrageous leafy tannin ipa. With sweetness and a jammy pink grapefruit. So fresh. Yummy. Excellent
