Bottle @ Chris O’s. Thanks guys. Pours clear golden with no head. Sweet nose and flavor. Rice, honey, spices and wine. Sweet and alcoholic.

Bottle 500ml. clear glass.Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, honey - fruity. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, fruity tart, honey, white wine notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20110731]

Bottled. Pale yellow colour, not too much head. Aroma is honey and some mild herbal notes. Flavour is honey some slight sourish edge. Mild strange notes as well. Balanced, but not anything I’d kill for to get again...

From bottle @ Paisley Beer Festival 2011. White wine coloured. This mead has sweet honey, bit of perfume. Fairly dry and a bit sour. Sweet finish.
