With the Nitro Nemesis series we make a beer with the mouthfeel of a milkshake - soft, full and drinkable! We do this by saturating the beer with real Nitrogen! Each edition has a different fruit in addition that changes with the seasons. For this winter edition we have chosen Poached Pear, just on time for Christmas!

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Bottle. Aroma is caramel malt with obvious candy sugar, notes of cinnamon. Hint of tobacco. Moderate sweet and bitter flavour, medium body. Not bad per se, but what a nondescript beer... nothing like a milkshake NEIPA as stated on the label.
