Brewed using the highest quality barley grown on UK assured farms. Golden in colour with a light, dry palate & a fresh, fruity aroma. Perfect with bangers & mash or roast beef.
Matured live in the bottle for a fresher taste. Can be enjoyed cloudy, but ideally pour slowly leaving the last few drops in the bottle with the yeast. For best results store upright & serve at 10-12°C.

Tasting at Papsø
Hazy golden color. Strange aroma, paper and grilled chicken. Weak body, dry caramel flavor, light honey, a bit metallic and with vegetables; correct bitterness.

Bottled. A hazy golden with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and a bit of citrus, leading to a dry finish. Thanks KimJohansen for sharing.

500ml bottle. Pours b lovely butterscotch with a cream head. Grassy hop aroma with some fruity malt notes. Light and refreshing. Taste has some grain and sourness. Finish is restrained but dry. Beers like this tend not to bottle too well and travel badly. This is much better than such beers used to be over here, but still not a patch on the cask version had close to home.

Smells of hops and a lot of wateriness, some corn starch it seems, a little alcohol. Very average aroma. Nice look, decent head, but nothing spectacular. Has a nutty, bready taste with a very dry and bitter finish. Makes it hard to pick up many flavours with this amount of dryness at the end. Palate is okay, but still a little watery for me. It’s not bad, but definitely somewhere in the middle of the pack.
