Cask (gravity) @ GWBCF2011 - Great Welsh Beer and Cider Festival, Cardiff Interantional Arena, Mary Ann Street, Cardiff, Wales.Clear medium orange yellow colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apples, barnyard and cheese notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, apples, dry, barnyard notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20110616]

Cask@GWBCF2011. Orangeish golden colour with no head. Aroma is sour apples, mild wooden notes, some smooth yeast and cheesy notes. Flavour s much the same. Pleasant sweetish sour apples mixed with some mild vanilla notes on the finish.
