This Cornish Wheat beer is brewed with lager malt and added wheat for a pale colour, and with an abundance of late hops for a summery floral aroma.

Cask. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, some herbs, sweet fruits and mild nectary notes. Flavour is rather similar, with the fruityness being more evident than the wheat.
