To brew Ice Works, we use a robust dose of rice to lighten and dry out the texture” and then we ferment our Haus lager yeast warm. This version features a sizable hop addition of Citra, Mosaic and Cashmere resulting in a hoppy, crispy and crushable beer that rewards all the senses!
Ice Works is a nod to the historic Florida Brewing Co—located two blocks away. In 1905, the FBC constructed the Ybor City Ice Works building in order to satisfy Tampa’s ice demands.

On tap at BarrieHaus, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out allium, piney hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is bitter, with lots of bitter piney hops, citrus zest, and biscuity malt. Bitter pine and citrus zest on the finish. Good stuff.

Tap at the brewery taproom tampa fl. A clear pale gold yellow coloured pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is nice old school woody pine, sticky bud, West Coast vibes,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, weed, pine sap, clear, mellow dank easy going stuff. Palate is semi sweet, semi crisp, moderate carbonation. Real nice
