17/6/2018. Tap at the Hellesches Brauhaus, Halle. Simply as a Hefeweizen at 5.5% abv. Pours cloudy amber brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of banana, bread, caramel, light cocoa, clove and fruit. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.
