On tap at Hop: The Beer Experience, pours a hazy dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma has white pepper, salt, citric acid, and some coriander. Flavour is bizarre, with salt, mustiness, and some citric notes. Not dialed in right, finishing muffled and mineraly. Not good.

On tap at Hop The Beer Experience . Pours a slightly hazy pale blonde with a white head. Saline and citrus on the nose. Flavour has salt, lime citrus. Not particularly clean. Meh.

On tap at Drunkendog. Pours pale gold. Lemon, lime, floral, lightly saline, lightly sour. Nice light body. Excellent.

Can't necessarily taste the chapulines. Tastes mostly like a limey gose with some salt. Not sure what the grasshoppers really add. Decent gose that being said. Tap at brewery.
