Pietra blanche bio est une bière sans gluten de fermentation haute brassée avec des malts d’orge et de blé. Fraîche au nez et en bouche, elle tient son caractère si particulier de l’infusion d’Erba Barona et de Nèpita, deux plantes aromatiques corses. Ses notes épicées s’épanouissent sur les arômes de céréales, pour une bière gouteuse et bien équilibrée.

Bottiglia. Al naso l'aroma rimanda al fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è poco presente. La forza gustativa è appena percepibile. Non ha un retrogusto particolare. In bocca non arriva nessun aroma su cui riferire.

33cl bottle. Pours orange gold, partially transparent, with scarce white foam. Aroma is biscuity, honey, a little earthy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly sweet. Final is average.
