Lattina. Al naso l'aroma rimanda al fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. I mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, arancia rossa, erbe aromatiche e frutta passita.

Tap at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours medium transparency, gold, with moderate white foam. Aroma is a little yeasty, cereal, vegetal, recalling a saison. Body is fairly dense, with carbonation maybe excessive for such a beer. Taste is moderately bitter, with a spicy character. Finish is average, actually short than you'd expect.
