Cask at Stortford Beer Festival 2011. A hazy red-brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of matl, caramel, and nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes fo malt, caramel, and nutes as well as lighter notes of sulphur.

Cask@3rd Stortford Beer Festival, Bishops Stortford. Copper colour, small white head. Aroma is wood, some spices, mild nutty notes as well as some slight spices and mild resiny notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, mild spices, raisins and some earthy notes. Quite pleasant and refreshing.

Cask (gravity) @ The 3rd Stortford Beer Festival, British Legion Club, 28 Windhill, Bishops Stortford , England CM23 2NG.Clear medium brown orange - amber colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, light nutty and roasted. light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sharp, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110729]
