Skip the scramble through the bramble and get a damn dram of this bam-a-lam delicious Raspberry Ramble! With a recipe foundation of an American blonde ale, we added some full-bodied and honey-like malts to balance out the acidity of the heaps of raspberry puree, hibiscus flowers, and rose hips we added. With a touch of aromatic hops for some bright balance this brew makes for a fruity and characterful beverage! You know where to amble for a taste of that Ramble!

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Poured an almost absurd, bright red color with a small, fizzy white head. Aroma was raspberry juice, but more subtle, spritzy like more so than a puree. Light, fruity tartness.
