We were lucky enough to acquire several Tokaj wine barrels, so naturally we made beer with them. Barrel-aging our base Saison in the Tokaj barrels raised the beer to a new level: dry, with a slight sweetness and hints of yellow raisin.

Growler filled at Meridian Pint. Poured a hazy golden color, with a small white head. Aroma was notes of light sweet malt, lots of vanilla and woody notes. Pleasant tartness. Woody barrel. Vanilla.
