Lacto co-fermented American sour beer. We used 100# of Meyer lemons to acidify the mash, then dry-hopped with hibiscus flowers and the 2019 Pink Boots Hop Blend. The result is a pleasantly tart, lemony, & floral beer that is both refreshing and complex.

Draft at Caboose Commons. Poured a slighty hazy, bright red color with a small pink-off-white head. Aroma was light lemon, tart floral notes. Flavor was similar, tart, not too sour. Nice stuff.
