Patience pays off. We present to you a brewing project a half a dozen years in the making. Aged for six years in Laird apple brandy barrels, this, the Trickiest of our barrel aged imperial milk stouts, pushes the boundaries of beer itself.

Poured a near pitch black color with a small tan head. Velvet pour. Aroma was a powerful note of rum, spice notes. Flavor was roasted notes. Smooth tasting, roast, sweet, dry finish. Creamy. Chocolate malts. Milk. Alcohol is there, but well masked. Raisin and brandy. Really solid.
