Hoist the mast and set sail with Coconut Jack. We commandeered a Caribbean rum barrel with 7 month aged imperial milk stout to be blended with a barrel of Trickery and mellowed on toasted coconut. It's a pirates island dream, savvy!

Bottle, picked up by brother-in-law at the West-Creek facility. Poured a thick, oil black color, dark as night, with a small tan head. Not a lot of pop from the cork. Aroma was coconut and some slight oxidized roasted malt character. Flavor was, a bit unfortunate, perhaps too much age on this one or something, maybe it was the rum barrel? Boozy with a lot of soy sauce. I could see past the soy, but the people I shared this with were a touch disappointed.
