The combination of Galaxy, Mosaic, Azacca, Motueka and Amarillo leads to a resinous nose filled with bursting flavors of papaya and cantaloupe. On the palate get ready for a cornucopia of dank and juicy hops. Words cannot describe this beer. We made it with our favorite people and can’t wait to share it with you all. (Ocelot collaboration with Dominion Wine and Beer.)

Draft pour at Ocelot. Poured a dark, slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was bright and floral. Big citrus and really nice pine. Pleasant resin, mild malts, but not completely unbalanced. Very delicious.
