In collaboration with our friends at Virginia Distillery Company, this robust cider was double barrel aged in both rye and bourbon barrels. The barrels lend this dry cider hints of spice and oak, along with notes of vanilla and caramel.

Draft at Buskey Cider. Poured a clear, pale yellow with a fizzy, wispy white head. Aroma was apple, some pear notes, a touch boozy, almost woody if you will. Flavor was semi-sweet apples. Not sure I really enjoyed this one a lot. The abv isn't supposed to be super high compared to their other offerings, but it's a bit harsh.
