For our first anniversary we wanted to brew a special batch of Cheater Hops IPA. So we bumped up the grain to take it to 7.1% ABV. Then we selected two of our favorite: Galaxy from Australia and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. The combination is busting at the seams with gooseberry, passionfruit, and citrus.

Sampled at Snallygaster 2019. Poured a hazy orange color with a small white head. Aroma was juicy, easy drinking citrus character. Relatively smooth, some floral character, tropical fruit finish.

Mango, passion fruit, green onion. Subtle tangy finish. One of the better hazy IPAs at this festival. Murky orange pour with good head and lacing. Tap at Snally.
