Georgian Table Beer brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malt, with the addition of local Maryland wildflower honey at high Krausen, and fermented with a Georgian wine yeast. Profiles: soft, pillowy and crisp with esters reminiscent of a hefeweizen. Flavors & Aromas: freshly baked bread, biscuits, lemon curd, banana runts and meringue cookies.

Sampled at Snallygaster 2019. Poured a mostly clear yellowish color with a small white head. Aroma was smooth honey, light grain, some malt. Flavor was smooth, grain, crisp grass in there. Biscuit.
