11/10/2024. From BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours very slightly hazy dark golden amber with minimal head. Aroma is sweet apple, brown sugar, baked apple, caramel, biscuit. Quite sweet with a touch of tart. Moderate body, low carbonation. Nice drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Cask (gravity) @ GWBCF2011 - Great Welsh Beer and Cider Festival, Cardiff Interantional Arena, Mary Ann Street, Cardiff, Wales.Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, wood and yeast notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, thin flavor. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20110616]

@GWBCF2011. Hazy yellowish orange colour with no head. Aroma is sweet apples, some wooden notes, mild fruity and yeasty notes along with some slight alcohol as well. Flavour is wooden, vanillaish, sweet and mild sour apples as well as some yeast and mild spicyness to it. Hides the ABV quite well in the flavour. Mouthdrying palate.
