Be careful... The floor is guava! Wort was imoculated in the kettle with a strain of lactobacillus. The wort was left to condition for 48 hours and then boiled prior to fermentation

Draft at Settle Down Easy Brewing Co. Poured a hazy yellowish color, maybe peach hued. Aroma was super guava. Lots of tropical fruits! Really juicy, smooth and enjoyable stuff. Enjoyable.
