Draft at Cobbler Mountain Cellars. Poured a pale yellow color with a quickly dissipating white head. Smells a little bit like peach rings. Flavor is floral peach. Not a lot of ginger, at least I didn't get much in either flavor or that bitter, sharp ginger that I usually hope for, though perhaps my palate was fading a bit.

Fresh peach and ginger nose, with earthy potting soil notes, good strength. Hazy pale yellow, greenish hue. Earthy ginger, perhaps a little perfumey, apple and peach, tangy. Medium body, soft carbonation. I really like this a lot. It is probably difficult to pair with food, but it’s a wonderful combination of flavors and aromas.

12 ounce bottle from Wine Warehouse. Hazy yellow with a thin white head. Fair retention. Aroma of strong ginger, sweet apples. The taste is ginger, sweet apples, hints of peach. Thin bodied, mild carbonation, decent balance. Solid.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Slightly hazy pale yellow. Aromas of light ginger, peaches. Tastes of peach jelly rings, light apple. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Sweet but tasty.
