Draft at Buskey Cider. Poured a very pale yellow color with no real head. Mostly still. Aroma was lots of Earl Grey tea. Some light lemon notes. Some mild ginger heat notes in this one, but not overly ginger. Pleasant.

Draft: Ginger, spruce, apple, cardamom nose. Crystal clear pale yellow. Dry apple, ginger. Mild funk finish. Light body, soft carbonation.
