Belgian Farmhouse Ale - a simple grain of Pilsen and a touch of biscuit and white wheat malt, this style lets the yeast showcase itself. Jaspers Yeast Belgian Saison I was allowed to free rise in temperature during fermentation. A small Czech Saaz and Hallertau Hersbrucker work with the spicy earthy character of the yeast. A mellow spice and slight citrus character show themselves slightly with the bready malt and earthy hops. A very sessionsble spring beer!

Draft pour at Settle Down Easy. Poured a slightly cloudy yellow-orange color with a small, creamy white head. Aroma was some nice funky hop notes, citrus, some tropical fruit. Yeasty funky saison notes. This was pretty pleasant to drink.

Lime and light floral and hay. Light tangy finish. Golden hazy pour with OK head. Well done and easy drinking. Tap at brewery.

Mild white grape nose. Mostly clear amber, thin head. White grape, tangy then drier finish. Medium body, easy carbonation.
