The Haze-Bros and the Pastry Boyz are to blame for this sweet and hoppy mash-up (Simcoe, Amarillo, Azacca, Citra and Mosaic)! Riding atop a base of softly sweet and full bodied Golden Promise malt and the usual suspects of wheat and oats, we’ve piled on a few extra caramel malts and milk sugar to create the smooth and soft body of this brew. Generously hopped in both whirlpool and dry-hop with Sultana and Azacca and a light accent of the classic Cascade, large ripe tropical fruit and sweet orange aromas and flavors were bursting through, and that was BEFORE the addition of 10 pounds per barrel of mango puree!
