Hopped with Riwaka and DH Nectaron. Primary Fermentation with our house ale yeast and naturally carbonated and conditioned with our saison farmhouse yeast.
The result is a semi-dry, clean and flavorful pale ale. Ripe tropical fruitiness with added note of complexity from our saison yeast that brightens the beer. Enjoy after a long hot day in the fields or the backyard.

Draft at Astro Lab. Poured a very beautiful, vibrant deep yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was really pleasant Belgian yeast, really fresh. Wheat. Bright and vibrant.
