Brewer Jodi crafted this blonde cookie ale using inspiration from childhood memories of British holiday biscuits...or cookies to Americans. This liquid cookie starts with a bit of orange zest on the nose, but finishes with hints of ginger, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla. Each sip is smooth with a creamy mouthfeel enhanced by the use of flaked barley and wheat, finishing slightly sweet with a lingering ginger/cinnamon spice character.

Draft pour at the original Caboose location. Poured a very clear light amber color with a small white head. Aroma was pretty much a slightly sweet blonde ale. Waitress described it as liquid cookies, which was relatively accurate. Sweet brown sugar, sugar cookie. Not overly sweet, thankfully.
