A pale, crisp, clean interpretation of an Italian Pilsner. Brewed using Weyermann® Eraclea malt, grown in the arid conditions of Northern Italy, to impart notes of sweet malt and honey. Hopped in the kettle with traditional German varieties (Saphir, Spalt Select, and Tradition) and dry-hopped with Saphir, providing notes of herbal spiciness and lemongrass. Saluti!

Draft at Solace Outpost Falls Church. Poured a clear medium-dark yellow color. Small white head. Aroma was super crisp. Enjoyable. Light grain, some herbal, grassy notes.
