Our signature style of IPA marries the best of both coasts, taking our brewer's favorite aspects of west coast ipa and east coast IPA science and putting them together. This version was hopped with Strata, Simcoe and Mosaic, bursting with citrus and dank pineapple.

Pint can. Poured a clear yellow-orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was big, juicy hops. Big citrus. Really tasty, nice mild floral notes. Really solid stuff.

From a pint can. Pours a clear pale gold with an off white head. Aromas are apricot and pineapple. Flavors are moderately bitter sweet orange.

Sampled at the soft opening. It's a clear (CLEAR!) yellow with some sudsy, white head. Old school in the best ways. Nose is punchy with citrus and soap, a little bit of new school melon, lemon too. Flavor has a gentle grain bill, light honey, then mostly soap, citrus and grass. Dry. Bitter. 7 3 7 3 13
