We embrace the entirety of the hop berries and the payoff is a richer and more vibrant beer overall. Greater resin content bolsters the body of the beer, giving greater mouth weight that serves as a stronger and more satisfying base on which to build the flavors and aromas. Additional plant material means more poly-phenols, a compound notably tannic and in this case, lending a fresh grassiness to the finish.

Snallygaster 2022. Poured a clear peachy orange color with a large off-white head. Aroma was nice hop notes, light malty notes. Flavor was pleasant Marzen, with very light citrus.
