Our brewer took our base Gose recipe and, instead of adding fruit, he dry hopped it with Mosaic hops! The result is a pale, tart beer with a lemon/limeade character along with a little dankness from the Mosaic hops. A very refreshing beer for fans of sour beers and IPAs!

Draft at Solace Outpost Falls Church. Poured a clear yellow color with a medium sized, slightly off-white head. Aroma was light hop, lemon, some light salt. Pretty light, but with some prominent mosaic hops. Wife like this one, despite being repulsed by hops most of the time.
