Aroma is moderate to light light heavy apple, sweet yellow apples, dry wood, pear notes. Flavor is light heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Barrel@GWBCF2011. Yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is apples, fruits, alcohol, mild vanilla and some slight wooden notes. Flavour is alcohol, apples, some mild fruity and vanilla notes as well as a quite dry wooden and sappy touch.
