Cask (gravity) @ GWBCF2011 - Great Welsh Beer and Cider Festival, Cardiff Interantional Arena, Mary Ann Street, Cardiff, Wales.Unclear light to medium yellow colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy apple, sweet yellow apples, dry wood, pear notes. Flavor is light heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Barrel@GWBCF2011. Yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is apples, fruits, alcohol, mild vanilla and some slight wooden notes. Flavour is alcohol, apples, some mild fruity and vanilla notes as well as a quite dry wooden and sappy touch.
