20/11 On tap at the brewpub. Rossa/rubia (Catalan/Spanish) means pale, which was also an interesting concept for me, just like "tostada style". It poured hazy golden body with medium sized head. Decent lemony and chalky aroma. Flavor was slightly sweet, chalky, honey and bread malty, very similar to typical brewpub helles beers, with the hints of fruitiness which revealed it’s top fermented nature. I guess. Not bad, but so commonly seen, simple brewpub beer.

Golden, slightly hazy color, vanishing small white head. Light citrus fruity aroma. Light-bodied. Fruity apple flavor, some citrus. Very easy, very watery and uninteresting.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and yellow with a dense chalk white head. Light malty aroma. Flavour is medium dry malty with a minor off-note. Light bitterness into the finish but also more of the same off note. Plain out boring. 4-2-4-2-8=2 (2008-06-12)

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy blond color. Light malt aroma. Strange taste, a bit fruity, with a strong bitterness. Quite unprofessional.
