Our one and only export Helles returns to draft and 12oz cans at all three locations, timed intentionally for the changing weather. Brewed to a more stalwart 5.5% ABV for a slightly bulkier profile, with drinkability never taking the back seat. Lagered patiently for weeks on end for maximum levels of floral citrus, slight raw honey malt, fruit forward derived lager yeast character, and dry yet plush carbonation thanks to the utmost care in handling post fermentation.
All of our lagers are both naturally, and slowly carbonated by way of both capturing the natural co2 produced towards the tail end of fermentation, and then slowly via the headspace during maturation. Although much slower, and requiring a serious investment in tanks that can handle the elevated pressures required for such a process, once those 0.5L Dayton pours hit the table, we know it was worth it.

12oz can, purchased from the brewery. Poured a clear yellow color with a medium sized white head - probably an aggressive pour on my part. Crisp, nice lager notes. Grassy, with a touch of sweet grains.
