Double Dry-hopped Double New England Style IPA using heaps of Simcoe, Motueka, and Idaho 7 hops. We fermented this beer with a unique yeast strain called Cosmic Punch to promote tropical fruit characteristics like guava and passionfruit. Combined with the citrus, tropical, and subtle resinous notes from the hops, this beer is super juicy and finishes slightly sweet with tons of hop flavor.
