A house favorite flavor of ice cream, it was only a matter of time before chocolate & mint made its way into a fermenter. Together with our friends from Sinistral Brewing in Manassas, VA, we built this big and velvety smooth imperial milk stout to satisfy our ice cream cravings! A huge base of the nutty and robust English Maris Otter malt is accentuated by the classic Amber Malt and a smattering of chocolate, caramel, and toasted specialty grains, while a large dose of milk sugar brings the sweet and smooth body. Conditioned on 25lb of raw cacao nibs and a big heap of fresh torn organic mint, you could close your eyes and swear you were indulging in a chocolate syrup covered scoop of mint chocolate chip from your favorite creamery!

Draft pour at Settle Down Easy. Poured a nearly pitch black color with a small tan head. This is a Thin Mint cookie. It smells like a Girl Scout cookie. It even tastes like one. While it's like a cookie, it's actually not overly sweet, which is a good choice. Good stuff!
