We’ve come prepared for the cold weather with this robust seasonally spiced winter warmer! With a lightly sweet and malty base including a variety of specialty grains we amped up the body and strength with Belgian amber candi syrup and molasses. Next we added a harmonious blend of winter spices such as elderberry, ginger, cinnamon, and orange peel before fermenting with a classic English ale yeast.
