Hell hefiger, etwas bitterer Antrunk. Im Mittelteil hefiger und leicht getreidig, trocken werdend. Wenig bananig, insgesamt wenig aromatisch. Schwaches Ende. 11/10/9/8//8

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours cloudy amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, yeast, and banana. Sweetish, estery and malty flavour, enhanced by the pronounced but not aggressive banana notes. Mild, estery aftertaste. A decent German Hefeweizen.

Draught @ Brauhaus Wittenberg, Markt 6, Lutherstadt Wittenberg, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany 06886.ABV: 5.4%. Murky medium matt orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, fruity, banana, bubble gumm light clove. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, banana fruity yeast, pineapple - exotic fruit. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110707]

On tap at the brewpub. The beer looks really good, fine turbid, creamy foam. Starts yeasty and fruity, notes of banana, modest sweet. Yeasty finish, not too dry. Well done!
