In Chicago while visiting the midwest for my Grandma’s 95th! Really interesting with esters, citrus and nice addition with the yeast.

On tap at Haymarket. A bit hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma of light spices, malt, citrus and some hops. Similar taste. Medium bitter finish.

Sugary sweet ipa - little to no belgian.character - watery texture - overly simple sweetness - flat hop profile - finish of fruit cocktail and maraschino.cherries - not good.

Draft at hay market. From notes. Working on a 3+ month backlog. Loads of citrus and grapefruit with spicy Belgian yeast. Very good.

On tap at Haymarket. Pours a hazy pale orangish gold with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of mango and citrus with a bit of backing earthy grain and a hint of banana. Flavor has an earthy mango note with some citrus and a backing sweet grain note.
