Wheat IPA
Our Wh[eat] IP[A]: This version of IPA is brewed with over 25 percent wheat -- including CaraWheat to add a touch of color -- and Aromatic Malt to give a bit of biscuity malt depth. Warrior, Centennial and Summit hops added to the boil give a bit more bitterness than our Anti-Hero IPA. A heavy dry-hopping with equal amounts of Centennial, Crystal and Summit lends an aggressive Summit character at the forefront in the nose.

Draft at Revolution. From notes. Grassy and very citrusy. A slight hint of caramel also. Very good.

Sampled at Revolution. Poured a clear orange amber with an off-white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was a balance of citrus and pine with a slight hint of pine. Flavor was similar with a citrus start and growing pine towards the finish.
