This traditional German-style lager was brewed back in October and emits a beautiful auburn hue with deep, rich layers of caramel and toasted flavor notes. German Magnum and Select hops used in the brew kettle provide a balanced bitterness to a malt-dominant style.

From notes. Draft at kedzie. Molasses, toffee and caramel. Sweet. Way too super sweet for me. Its a good attempt and a decent beer, but i wont be having it again for fear of a diabetic coma.
