Hazy gold - orange beer, bubbly white head. Palate is light and has a fine minerally crispness. Good tangy white whine with a little Chardonnay like creamy sweetness. Mild orange and orange peel. Touches of champagne and ripe lemon. Like it’s predecessor, a very nice beer. If there is another, I hope they increase the dry hopping.

Bottle shared with Erwin Van Moll @ Brewpub Van Moll. Slightly unclear dark orange color, average to medium sized off-white head. Aroma is a bit weird: old fruits, orangepeel, fruitpeel sour-bitter, wood - ish. Taste is lightly sourish, fruitpeel sourness, orangepeel and grapepeel, wood tannine with a light to moderately bitter aftertaste. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad at all, but not my thing. -- Edit: both aroma and flavor progress after letting it rest for a little while. First impression: 6-3-7-4-14=3.4.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, toasted malty and light caramelish. Fruity, wineous and toasted malty. Citric. Lingering fruity finish.

25/04/2015 @ ZBF shared with tderoeck, 77ships, PriorL and kraddel Hazy orange I think (for what rested of it before I got it). Fruitiness, oak, hay, enjoyable sourness and sweetness, floral, funky, wild. All that in one beer... Seems like they gonna win the competition again if there’s enough for everybody.

At ZBF 15. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours unclear blonde. Smell is oaky and sharp. Taste is sharp , bitter, grainy, bit harsh and plastic-like bitterness. While I saw others performing rituals of honour to this beer, I can only stand at the sideline and think wether my tastebuds are fucked up, because I think its far from the best that dochter VD korenaar has ever released...

New version of Renaissance, with lacing, moussy, off-white head and hazy yellowish blonde colour. Complex aroma of gooseberry, starfruit, sour cream, white bread, hay, unripe plum, vanilla-like oaky tannins; subdued fruity sweetishness in the onset, supple mouthfeel, sourish accent, deep and earthy hop bitterness in the finish, long and dry with oaky woodiness supporting it. Very good, but more an oak-aged tripel than a true IPA to me.

Sampled draft @ ZBF 2015. Sampled twice. Hazy very creamy orange, super creamy white head. Nose is huge peach, ripe fruit, faint Turkish candy, flower, sweet peach wine, amazing. Taste is ripe creamy peach, sweet peach wine, flowers, apricots, light hay, lightly funky oak, super fruity, candy sugar sweet in a good way,… Faint rustic wildness, complimentary touch sour. Very creamy. Absolutely amazing. Best beer of ZBF 2015. Amazing work. (Thx! for sharing people!)
